These Terms of Service apply to all StuckAI services, including the main website (stuckai.net), the dashboard (dashboard.stuckai.net), and the StuckAI desktop application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StuckAI (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
2. License and Usage Rights
StuckAI is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software according to your purchased plan.
Free Plan: 1 analysis credit, AI image generation disabled.
Essential Plan: Extended analysis credits, AI image generation enabled with limited monthly usage.
Plus Plan: Unlimited analysis credits, extended AI image generation quota.
Elite Plan: Unlimited access to all features, priority processing, and dedicated support.
Custom Plans: Users may request a tailored plan by contacting us at support@stuckai.net.
You may not attempt to bypass plan restrictions, manipulate analysis credit counts, or modify the Software to gain unauthorized access to features.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Use the Software to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Share, resell, or sublicense your account without permission.
Attempt to bypass payment systems or abuse free credits.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features and availability may change without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StuckAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
9. Operator Information
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of StuckAI operated by Yusuf Eren Yükcü, sole proprietor.
10. Content Restrictions
StuckAI does not allow and strictly prohibits the generation of NSFW, sexually explicit, deepfake, or misleading content. Any attempt to generate such content will result in immediate account termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes means you accept the new Terms.
